Anxiety and depression are the two most common disorders I see in my practice. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness training for symptom management and long-term success. I also believe that happiness takes a village and help clients build a healthy lifestyle and a strong support system.

Are you struggling with your relationships to spouse or life partner, family, coworkers etc? Counseling helps to set and maintain healthy boundaries, reduce conflict and improve communication. I also provide dating coaching to help you navigate the complex world of finding the right partner.

Marriage Therapy
